• Offline: We collect information from you offline, such as when you attend one of our events, during phone calls with sales representatives, or when you contact a ReSolve representative.
• Through You: ReSolve collects information such as your location or your preferred means of communication when you voluntarily provide it. Unless combined with Personal Data, this information does not personally identify you or any other user of the Sites.
• Information From Other Sources: In order to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and services to you, we obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms, as well as from other third parties.

Your “IP Address” is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). An IP Address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you access the Sites, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that you visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other services. ReSolve uses IP Addresses to calculate usage levels of the Sites, help diagnose problems with its servers, administer the Sites, and for monitoring the regions from which you navigate to ReSolve’s Sites.

We also use third parties to serve advertisements on other websites that may be of interest to you, based on information collected about your use of our Sites and other websites. To do so, these companies may place or recognize a unique cookie or similar on your browser. ReSolve recognizes automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, which may include ‘do not track’ instructions. If you reject cookies, you may still use our website, but your ability to use some features or areas of our website may be limited.

We use cookies on our Sites. This is to provide you with a better user experience when you browse our Sites. It also enables us to improve our Sites.
We may change this Cookies Policy at any time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If you have questions regarding this Cookies Policy, please contact at info@investresolve.com
1. What is a Cookie?
Cookies are a standard feature of websites that allow us to store small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to a Site. Cookies help us to learn which areas of a Site are useful and which areas need improvement. Cookies also improve your experience by, for example, remembering your preferences. If you disable this function, your experience on a Site may be diminished and some features will not work as intended depending upon which cookies are disabled.
2. Why do we use Cookies?
Our Sites uses both 1st party cookies (which are set by the Site being visited) and 3rd party cookies (which are set by a server located outside the domain of a Site). We use 1st party and 3rd party cookies for several reasons.
3. What Cookies Do We Use?
We use the following cookies:
• Strictly necessary cookies: These are the cookies required to operate our Sites (for example, to enable you to move around our Sites and use some of their features). You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.
• Performance cookies: These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our Sites. This helps us improve the design of our Sites. If you do not allow these cookies, we will be less able to optimize the Sites’ performance.
• Functionality cookies: These are used to recognise you when you return to our Sites. This enables us to personalise our content for you and remember your preferences.
• Targeting cookies: These cookies record your visit to our Sites, the pages you visited and the links you followed. We use this information to provide you with targeted content we think you will be interested in.
In some cases we may use information from third party cookies (be they analytics, functionality or targeting cookies) to help us with market research or improving the design of our Sites (for example, where traffic to our Sites comes from).
How can I block cookies?
You can block cookies by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse all, or some, cookies. If you block all cookies (including essential cookies) you may find that parts of our Sites do not work properly, or you may not be able to access our Sites at all.
When do cookies stop?
Our cookies expire after up to two years.
Web Beacons
We use web beacons (sometimes called “tracking pixels” or “clear gifs”). These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enable us to recognize when someone has visited our Sites or opened an e-mail that we have sent them. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within our Sites to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to our Sites from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to improve site performance, and to measure the success of e-mail marketing campaigns. For example, to see which links are the most popular in newsletters, and to log and follow up responses to our marketing messages.
How Do I Manage Cookies?
In addition to the options provided above, you have the right to refuse or accept cookies from the Sites at any time by activating settings on your browser. Information about the procedure to follow in order to enable or disable cookies can be found on your Internet browser provider’s website via your help screen. You may wish to refer to http://www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies/index.html for information on commonly used browsers. Please be aware that if cookies are disabled, not all features of the Sites may operate as intended.
